Q: Pay my bill?
 
A: Payment options include mail, telephone banking, internet, at our office, drop off in the after hours slot, financial institution (please allow sufficient time for the payment to reach our office; payment is applied on the date of receipt at our office).
 

Energy
Q: How do I get an energy contract?
 
A:

You can contact the office and request to have an information package sent to you.

My Energy contract is expiring December 31, 2007, can I renew it?

If you choose, you will be able to extend your contract; the contract terms and conditions will be the same, however the term and price will change, which will be announced in October. To extend our existing energy contract, you will only have to sign a one page document, making it cost efficient for both the member and the REA. Please continue to check the website, when the terms and price are available, you will be able to complete and submit the one page document.

 

New Customer
Q: How do I get a new account?
 
A: Please call the office and ask to speak to our Utility Billing Department.
 

Existing Customer
Q: How do I transfer my account to a new residence?
 
A: Please call the office and ask to speak to our Utility Billing Department as soon as you are aware you are moving.
